WD-24-01 HIGHLIGHTS: Drill hole WD-24-01 was collared on the southern flank of the Wedge Mine deposit within the footwall sediments and drilled at an azimuth of 330 degrees and a dip of -45 degrees to a total depth of 165 meters. The drill hole successfully intersected three (3) Zones of visual sulphide mineralization: 26.76 – 53.16 meters, 69.00 – 82.00 meters, and 139.00 – 142.00 meters. The main copper zone intersected 11.10 meters (32.55 – 43.65 meters) assaying 1.37% Cu, 0.21% Pb, 0.29% Zn, 19.02 g/t Ag, and 0.36 g/t Au (refer to Table 1). This includes: 8.18 meters of pyritic VMS assaying 1.83% Cu, 0.28% Pb, 0.38% Zn, 25.24 g/t Ag, and 0.46 g/t Au. 5.18 meters of pyritic VMS assaying 2.59% Cu, 0.43% Pb, 0.48% Zn, 39.09 g/t Ag, and 0.69 g/t Au. The copper equivalent for the main upper zone (26.76 – 53.16 meters) is 0.92% Cu over 26.40 meters. Gold and silver mineralization coincides with the copper-rich VMS.   Table 1:  Certified Assays (32.55 – 43.65 meters) Sample # From (m) To (m) Width (m) Cu (%) Pb (%) Zn (%) Pb + Zn (%) Ag (g/t) Au (g/t)   252989 32.55 33.47 0.92 0.13 0.04 0.13 0.17 4 0.198 252990 33.47 34.47 1 1.53 0.185 0.302 0.487 28 1.045 252991 34.47 35.57 1.1 1.77 0.933 2.323 3.256 37 0.993 252992 35.57 36.47 0.9 2.93 0.219 0.377 0.596 26 0.624 252993 36.47 37.47 1 3.9 0.36 0.662 1.022 75 0.554 252994 37.47 38.65 1.18 2.87 0.398 0.744 1.142 30 0.29 252995 38.65 39.65 1 0.66 0.051 0.211 0.262 3 0.072 252996 39.65 40.65 1 0.36 0.008 0.075 0.083 <1 0.028 252997 40.65 41.65 1 0.5 0.007 0.288 0.295 <1 0.079 252998 41.65 42.65 1 0.068 0.001 0.031 0.032 <1 0.009 252999 42.65 43.65 1 0.11 0.004 0.06 0.064 <1 0.077 Total Ave.   11.1 1.37 0.21 0.29 0.51 19.02 0.36   Figure 1: Pyritic VMS Mineralization in Drill Hole WD-24-01 at the Wedge Mine Project, Spanning 30.15 – 41.90 Meters of Depth   Patrick J. Cruickshank, MBA, CEO & Director, stated “We are pleased to continue to report positive, new, unmined VMS mineralization at the Wedge Mine Project. We are continuing to test the Target 1 area southeast of the mined deposit. This hole reports higher gold and silver assays, along with the increased copper concentrations. It is highly encouraging for the economic potential of these new zones to encounter nearly 1.0 g/t Au & over 1.0 oz/t Ag across a significant width. We are finding the zones of mineralization are either copper-rich or zinc-rich, but not both concurrently. We continue to receive assays from our completed Phase 1 drill program; as these results correspond to a completed hole, we look forward to sharing the findings. The digitizing of the historical 276 holes previously drilled by Cominco is progressing and we will complete the 3D modeling before Phase 2 of the Wedge drill program begins. We will incorporate our nine (9) completed holes in this program to complete the new modeling. We are devising our Phase 2 advanced geophysics assessment of the area with our technical team and look forward to sharing the results before the spring season commences.”   In the southern portion of the Wedge, footwall sediments consisting of sheared argillite with occasional graphite and sulphide clasts are visible at the surface. These sediments appear to serve as a marker horizon, often found in proximity to mineralization in the drill holes. VMS mineralization at the Wedge occurs over extended intervals, with the most significant accumulations typically found at intersections between the felsic volcanics and sediments. In drill hole WD-24-01, sulphide mineralization is discontinuous, as evidenced below the VMS intersection in Figure 1, featuring individual bands of pyrite/pyritic up to 20 cm thick. This style of mineralization defines the lower zones found in the drill hole, with felsic volcanics found at depth. At this early stage, some common features are present, and with the completion of the 3D model, the geological-structural controls on the mineralization should become more evident.   “Drill hole WD-24-01 was collared in the southern portion of the Wedge in the sheared footwall sediments. The mineralization consists of fine grained massive pyritic VMS (95% + sulphides) in the upper zone. The upper contact is sharp as seen in Figure 1. Two (2) additional zones of mineralization were also intersected, returning elevated copper, lead, and zinc, all of which further confirm the new potential of the system at the Wedge Mine Project,” commented Gary Lohman, P.Geo., VP Exploration & Director.     Figure 2: Plan View, Drill Hole Collars & Surface Projection   The disclosure of technical information in this news release has been prepared in accordance with Canadian regulatory requirements as set out in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and reviewed and approved by Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P.Geo., VP Exploration and Director who acts as the Company’s Qualified Person, and is not independent of the Company. Breaking Ground: March Drill Program Highlights & The Road Ahead

Dear Nine Mile Metals Community, Spring’s knocking, and with March in the rearview, I’m keen to chat about the strides we’ve made and the trails we’re blazing into April. Wedge VMS Project Update: We wrapped up our Phase 1 Drill Program at the Wedge Mine Project, drilling nine holes for a total of 1729 meters. It’s been a lot of hard work, but thanks to our VPX Gary Lohman and our incredible crew, we’ve made great progress. Now, we begin the more time consuming portion of the drill program, which involves catching up to the drill rig! Our crew is prioritizing the completion of logging, interpreting, cutting, photographing, and selecting samples to ship. Once the samples are with ALS Global in Moncton, we will receive assay results as they’re processed. Currently, we’ve received results back from Drill Hole WD-24-02, and they’re looking promising. You can check them out here: WD-24-02 Assay Results. We’re eagerly awaiting  the rest of the results, and will share them as they’re received. I know we all love hearing from Gary, so I’d like to share some of his words of wisdom from our latest release: “Drill Hole WD-24-02 demonstrates that significant copper mineralization over substantial widths remain at the historic Wedge mine site to the east and southeast of the previous workings. Subsequent to the start of the 2024 drill program, the Cominco drill data was acquired and is presently being digitized to facilitate 3D modeling. We look forward to merging the 2024 drill data when assaying is complete with the historical information in order to best plan a stage 2 program at the Wedge.” Here’s Gary giving the lowdown on the Wedge Phase 1 Drill Program: Nine Mile Metals VPX Discusses the Completion of the Wedge Drill Program and Next Steps And here’s Gary and myself chatting about current assay results, including the assay testing process: Nine Mile Metals on Recently Announced Assays of 0.44% Cu over 136.1M in Drill Hole WD-02-24 PDAC 2024: We were grateful to spend several days in Toronto at the start of the month for PDAC. It was a week well spent, connecting with folks from the industry and sharing the Nine Mile story. Big thanks to PDAC for organizing, and to everyone we connected with over the week. Check out a chat I had with CEO.ca about what’s on the horizon for us: Advancing 4 Projects in the World-Famous Bathurst Mining Camp Looking Forward: As we step into April, we’re all eyes on the assay results from the Wedge and getting started with the 3D modeling of the property courtesy of the recently acquired Cominco data. It’s a bit of a waiting game, but it’s all part of the journey. In moments like these, I’m reminded of Robert Frost’s words, “The best way out is always through.” It’s a bit how we approach our work here – head on and with determination. Every step, every bit of data, gets us closer to understanding what we have and how best to move forward. We appreciate your support and are glad to share this journey with you all. NINE MILE METALS DRILLS 76.10 METERS OF MINERALIZATION IN DRILL HOLE WD-24-04

VANCOUVER, B.C. Tuesday, March 12th, 2024 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE: NINE, OTCQB: VMSXF, FSE: KQ9)(the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce it has drilled a mineralized zone covering 76.10 m in WD-24-04 at its initial Phase 1 drill program on its Wedge VMS Project in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick (“BMC”). WD-24-04  HIGHLIGHTS: The hole was collared on the northeast flank of the Wedge Deposit approximately 40 meters east of WD-24-02 and at an azimuth of 160 degrees and a dip of – 50 degrees to a depth of 167 meters. From recently acquired Cominco Data, the subsurface was not mined. The closest Cominco holes to the east are approximately 40 meters away with Drill hole WE-12 intersecting 5.76 meters assaying 1.06% Cu,1.59% Pb and 6.91% Zn and 1.26 ounces Ag. The main host is pyritic Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) with visible chalcopyrite and local sphalerite. Copper mineralization first appears at 71 meters and continued down the hole with numerous secondary zones (117.00 – 122.00 m) of VMS and banded copper bearing pyritic mineralization. Hi grade zinc (22.58% & 13.82%) was intersected in addition to copper. (see Table 1) Nine Mile completed an XRF Analysis at the base of the mineralization between 136.86 – 147.10 meters (10.24 meters) consisting of bands of massive sulphides with visible copper (chalcopyrite) and zinc (Sphalerite) mineralization. (See table #1 below.) The entire sequence from 71.00 – 147.10 meters is in the process of cutting prior to shipping to ALS Global in Moncton for analysis. We will continue to Drill to the east in Target Area #1 to confirm new extension of the Wedge Mine Ore Zone.       Patrick J. Cruickshank, MBA, CEO & Director stated, “Hole WD-24-04 continues to display an extension to the historic Wedge mine. As we continue to concentrate in the Target Area #1, we will test new targets within this area to evaluate the size and potential to this zone. One of our mandates was to prove the Target #1 Area extension to the historical mine. We continue to be impressed with the visual mineralization width and the high-grade sections. The Copper (Cu) mineralization continues to impress and in this hole we specifically see high grade Zinc lower in this hole. The deposit is still showing characteristics of a very nice Cu-Zn deposit. We look forward to our entire 76.10m of Core shipped to ALS Global in Moncton for Certified Assay processing. The team is currently analyzing and reviewing Hole 24-02-03. We look forward to releasing our next hole.“  “Drill hole WD-24-04 intersected numerous zones of copper mineralization between 78 and 147 meters. Mineralization, including large intervals of pyritic VMS, occurs at a sediment / volcanic contact, the sediment a well fractured graphitic argillite. Secondary mineralization occurs peripheral to the main zones primarily as blebs, disseminations  and stringers of chalcopyrite. Sphalerite (zinc) and galena (lead) also occur but are hard to distinguish in core due to the fine-grained nature of the sulphide mineralogy. Drilling to date has been successful and we look forward to enlarging the mineralized footprint,” commented Gary Lohman, PGO, VP Exploration & Director.     The Company has completed its XRF analysis for the main VMS portion of the drill hole utilizing an Olympus Vanta 50 Portable XRF equipped with a 50Kv Workstation and Reflex XRF software. The XRF process included calibrating the machine and utilizing three standards in the sample stream (OREAS 502B, OREAS 622 and CDN-BL-10 Blank) at the beginning and end of the analytical sequence. Most samples consisted of a 1-meter section of cut drill core, and as such, the sample was not homogeneous. There were fifteen Sample Batches over 15.40 meters of mineralization. NINE MILE METALS DRILLS 134.0 METERS OF MINERALIZATION IN HOLE WD-24-02 AND SUBMITS ALL SAMPLES TO ALS GLOBAL FOR CERTIFIED ANALYSIS

VANCOUVER, B.C. Monday, March 4th, 2024 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE: NINE, OTCQB: VMSXF, FSE: KQ9)(the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce it has drilled a mineralized zone covering 134.0m in WD-24-02 at its initial Phase 1 drill program on its Wedge VMS Project in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick (“BMC”). WD-24-02  HIGHLIGHTS: The hole was collared on the northeast flank of the Wedge Deposit and drilled at an azimuth of 160 degrees and a dip of – 50 degrees to a depth of 219 meters. From recently acquired Cominco Data, the subsurface was not mined. The main host is pyritic Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) with visible chalcopyrite. Copper mineralization first appears at 39.6 meters and continued down the hole with numerous secondary zones of VMS mineralization identified. High grade zinc (36.12% & 14.93%) was intersected in addition to copper. (see Table 1) Nine Mile completed an XRF Analysis of a random zone of mineralization between 157.65 – 173.05 meters (15.4 meters) consisting of bands of mixed massive sulphides and massive sulphides (VMS) between 164.50 – 170.25 meters. (See table #1 below.) Entire mineralized zone of 134.0m has been sample cut and being shipped to ALS Global Labs for Certified Lab Analysis The closest Cominco holes to the east are approximately 70 meters away with Drill hole WE-12 intersecting 5.76 meters assaying 1.06% Cu,1.59% Pb and 6.91% Zn and 1.26 ounces Ag. We will continue to Drill to the east in Target Area #1 to confirm new extension of the Wedge Mine Ore Zone. Patrick J. Cruickshank, MBA, CEO & Director stated “Hole WD-24-02 is significant for our program at the Wedge. One of our mandates was to prove the Target #1 Area extension to the historical mine. We wanted to prove up additional new mineralized economic ore in an area that could extend the deposit. After drill holes WD-24-01 & WD-24-02 have hit significant new mineralization, we will continue to concentrate on Target Area #1, heading east, before we test the depth of the Wedge Mine. Remember, the crown pillar collapsed, all the lower levels were never mined and there is complete uncertainty of the remaining deposit size & scale. As each VMS deposit in the camp has its own unique mineral makeup, this system seems to be a Copper & Zinc rich ore body, not necessarily together, with independent zones. We look forward to reporting our next hole in our program and continuing to prove out a larger deposit footprint than previously thought. “Drilling in this portion of the Wedge has confirmed that a large mineralized system is present on the eastern boundary with extensive copper mineralization as demonstrated by variable chalcopyrite mineralization and VMS banding from 39.00 to 173.00 (134.00 meters) in drill hole WD-24-02. In addition to drilling, the historic Cominco drill data is being prepared for 3D modeling. We look forward to receiving the multi-element and precious metal assays for the 56.29 meters from drillhole WD-24-01 and the 134.00 meters from drillhole WD-24-02 from ALS Global and adding that information to historic Wedge database,“ commented Gary Lohman, PGO, VP Exploration & Director. Each sample batch had approximately 15 -21 data points analyzed per meter. The core sample is placed cut face down, and the XRF gun takes a random unknown sample of the core. The operator has no knowledge of the laser point. The sum of the averages was divided by the number of pieces, the results of which are presented in Table 1 above. Nine Mile Metals Drills Three Mineralized Zones, With XRF Results Up To 4.41% Copper In Zone 1; Submits 56 Meters Of Samples For Certified Lab Assays In Debut Wedge VMS Drill Program

VANCOUVER, B.C. Wednesday February 21st, 2024 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE: NINE, OTCQB: VMSXF, FSE: KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce a segment of XRF results from Hole WD-24-01, marking a significant milestone in its inaugural Phase 1 drill program on the Wedge VMS Project located within the renowned Bathurst Mining Camp in New Brunswick (“BMC”). Highlights: Drill hole WD-24-01 was initiated in the footwall sediments situated on the south flank of the historic mine site. It was drilled with an azimuth of 330 degrees and a dip of -45 degrees, reaching a depth of 164 meters to intersect an EarthEX late-time conductor, as illustrated in Figure 3. The drill hole was successful, intersecting three mineralized zones including 6.18 meters of pyritic VMS with chalcopyrite and lesser Pb and Zn mineralization between 33.47 meters and 39.65 meters. The VMS mineralization is very fine-grained consisting of 95% sulphides making Cu, Pb, Zn mineralogy difficult to identify. Mineralization continued to a depth of 53.16 meters. A third zone of mineralization was intersected between 139 and 142 meters. The hole terminated in hanging wall volcanics at 164.5m in total hole depth. 54 Samples from all three zones at hole WD-24-01, representing 56.29 meters of both VMS mineralization and adjacent rock, have been logged, measured, cut, and shipped for submission to the ALS Global Labs (“ALS”) in Moncton, New Brunswick for certified analysis.   The Company has completed its XRF analysis for the first upper VMS portion of the drill hole utilizing an Olympus Vanta 50 Portable XRF equipped with a 50Kv Workstation and Reflex XRF software. The XRF process included calibrating the machine and utilizing two standards in the sample stream (OREAS 502B and CDN-BL-10 Blank) at the beginning and end of the analytical sequence. Except for one sample, each sample consisted of a 1-meter section of cut drill core, and as such, the sample was not homogeneous. There were six Sample Batches over 6.18 meters of mineralization. Each sample batch had approximately 12 -21 data points analyzed per meter. The core sample is placed cut face down, and the XRF gun takes a random unknown sample of the core. The operator has no knowledge of the laser point. The sum of the averages was divided by the number of pieces, the results of which are presented in Table 1 below. Patrick J. Cruickshank, MBA, CEO & Director, stated, “We are pleased to report that our first drill hole in our 2024 Wedge Program has encountered significant mineralization with high-grade copper. Importantly, we have identified three distinct zones totaling 56.29 meters. To have 2.81% Copper over 6.18 meters in Zone #1 is terrific and very encouraging, especially considering it was not a high-priority hole. This hole was constrained to its location due to heavy snowfall, preventing the drill rig from accessing the top of Target 1 area due to steep terrain and poor conditions, thereby necessitating the placement of the first hole at the base of our Target 1 area. Subsequently, we have successfully reached our priority Target 1 area with our second hole. Now, we can thoroughly test our new and deeper targets. This achievement is a testament to the expertise of the highly experienced rig team at Nine Mile Metals. We eagerly anticipate summarizing the certified assays once received.” “The success of this hole was a result of the valuable proprietary reprocessing and algorithms delivered by our partner at EarthEX Geophysical Solutions. It tested a new area along the high priority Late Time Conductive response access (Red Line identified on Figure 3), southeast of the historical deposit. We are looking forward to our next series of drill holes testing new areas over the strong conductive access trend, along with testing the depth of the original Lens, with the purpose of confirming a larger footprint of the original deposit. “ Stated Gary Lohman, B.Sc., PGO., Nine Mile Metals VP Exploration and Director.
