Nine Mile Metals Ltd. (the “Company”) · CSE: NINE | OTCQB: VMSXF | FSE: KQ9 · The Canadian Venture Building, 82 Richmond Street East, Toronto, Ontario M5C 1P1
The information on this website (the “Website”) is provided for general information only and is current only as of the date it was posted. It is not a substitute for the Company’s continuous disclosure documents filed under its profile on SEDAR+ (www.sedarplus.ca), which govern in the event of any inconsistency. The Company does not undertake to update Website content except as required by applicable securities laws. Readers should not rely on the Website in making an investment decision and should consult their own advisors.
This Website contains “forward-looking information” within the meaning of Canadian securities legislation, including statements regarding planned exploration, drilling, geophysical and bulk sample programs, metallurgical testwork, the anticipated timing and results thereof, the potential to estimate mineral resources, option and property payments, financing, and the Company’s plans and objectives. Words such as “plan,” “expect,” “intend,” “may,” “will,” “potential,” “target” and similar expressions identify forward-looking information. Such information is based on assumptions management believes reasonable, including the availability of financing, permits, contractors and laboratory capacity, metal prices, and that exploration results will be consistent with expectations. It is subject to known and unknown risks, including the speculative nature of mineral exploration, the absence of any mineral resource or reserve on the Company’s properties, metallurgical uncertainty, title and option risks, permitting and regulatory risk, First Nations consultation, commodity price volatility and the ability to raise capital. Actual results may differ materially. The Company disclaims any obligation to update forward-looking information except as required by law.
Scientific and technical information on this Website has been reviewed and approved by Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P.Geo., Vice President Exploration and a Director of the Company, a “qualified person” as defined in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”). Mr. Lohman is not independent of the Company. Details of sampling, analytical methods, QA/QC and data verification for specific results are set out in the news release in which those results were first disclosed and in the Technical Notes on each project page. Reported intervals are core lengths unless explicitly stated as true widths.
The Company has not estimated any current mineral resources or mineral reserves on any of its properties, and has not completed any preliminary economic assessment, pre-feasibility or feasibility study. The Company is working toward a NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate for the Wedge Project; there is no assurance that such an estimate will be completed or that any mineral resource will be defined. Nothing on this Website should be read as an indication of economic viability.
References to historical production, including the Wedge Mine (approximately 1.5 million tonnes grading 2.88% Cu, mined by Cominco between 1962 and 1968) and the Brunswick No. 12 Mine (136.6 million tonnes grading 3.44% Pb, 8.74% Zn, 0.37% Cu and 102.2 g/t Ag produced between 1964 and 2013), are sourced to McCutcheon, S.R. and Walker, J.A. (2020), Geoscience Canada 47(3), Table 1. They are historical and are not mineral resources or mineral reserves.
This Website refers to mines, deposits and mineral occurrences on properties adjacent or near to the Company’s properties, including Brunswick No. 12, Brunswick No. 6, Heath Steele, Caribou and the Canoe Landing Lake deposit (owned by Wolfden Resources Corporation, whose NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate is quoted as reported by Wolfden). The Company has no interest in or rights to those properties. The Company’s qualified person has not verified the information regarding them, and mineralization on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on the Company’s properties.
Copper-equivalent (“CuEq”) values are calculated using the metal prices and recovery assumptions stated in the news release in which each result was reported. No metallurgical recoveries have been established for any of the Company’s properties; recovery assumptions are notional. Because prices and assumptions change between releases, CuEq values reported at different times are not directly comparable. CuEq is presented for comparison only and does not imply that all metals would be recovered or sold.
Grab, chip and boulder samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of mineralization on the property. Results from handheld or portable X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzers are preliminary indications only and are not a substitute for certified laboratory assays.

This material includes “forward-looking” statements or information within the meaning of Canadian securities legislation and the United States Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Forward-looking statements relate to future events or the anticipated performance of Nine Mile Metals (“the Company” or “Nine Mile Metals ”) and reflect management’s expectations, objectives or beliefs regarding such future events and anticipated performance. In certain cases, forward-looking statements can be identified by the use of words such as “further” “suggests”, “further evidence”, “potentially”, “possibly”, “indicates” or variations of such words and phrases or statements that certain actions, events or results “may”, ”could”, “would”, ”might”, or “will be taken”, “occur” or “be achieved”, or the negative of these words or comparable terminology. Forward-looking statements rely on a number of assumptions which management believes to be reasonable, including assumptions regarding the Company’s ability to obtain necessary financing, personnel, equipment and permits to complete its proposed exploration plans, and to identify additional mineral properties for exploration. By their very nature forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other factors which may cause the actual performance of the Company to be materially different from any anticipated performance expressed or implied by the forward-looking statements. Such factors include various risks related to the Company’s operations, including, without limitation, fluctuations in spot and forward markets for copper and other metals, fluctuations in currency markets, changes in national and local governments in British Columbia and generally, the speculative nature of mineral exploration and development, risks associated with obtaining necessary operating and environmental permits, the presence of laws and changes in regulations that may impose restrictions on mining, limitations in respect of management time and resources, lack of personnel and equipment necessary to carry out the Company’s proposed exploration and development and other delays (including in obtaining financing) which could result in the Company missing expected timelines, and the fact that the Company may not be able to identify additional mineral properties for acquisition or option on acceptable terms. Although the Company has attempted to identify important factors that could cause actual performance to differ materially from that described in forward-looking statements, there may be other factors that cause its performance not to be as anticipated. The Company neither intends nor assumes any obligation to update these forward-looking statements or information to reflect changes in assumptions or circumstances other than as required by applicable law.
There can be no assurance that forward-looking statements will prove to be accurate, as actual results and future events could differ materially from those currently anticipated. The information contained in this document is drawn from sources believed to be reliable, but the accuracy and completeness of the information is not guaranteed, nor does the Company assume any liability. The Company disclaims all responsibility and accepts no liability (including negligence) for the consequences for any person acting, or refraining from acting, on such information. This document is neither an offer nor the solicitation of an offer to sell or purchase any investment. Any unauthorized use, disclosure, distribution or copying of this document by anyone other than the intended recipient is strictly prohibited.
The information and content of a scientific or technical nature contained in this website has been prepared by or under the supervision of Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P.Geo., VP Exploration, who acts as the Company’s Qualified Person, and is not independent of the Company for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101. No mineral resource or mineral reserve has been estimated on any Nine Mile Metals property to date. Copper equivalent values shown in this website are for comparison only and are not directly comparable between holes; each is calculated on the metal prices and recovery assumptions disclosed in its own news release, which differ by release. Certain results shown are based on visual examination of drill core, are identified as such where they appear, and are not a substitute for assay results.
