NINE MILE METALS RECEIVES BOREHOLE EM FINAL PERMIT APPROVAL AND AWARDS CONTRACT AT ITS FLAGSHIP NINE MILE BROOK VMS PROJECT, BATHURST MINING CAMP, NEW BRUNSWICK

VANCOUVER, B.C. Thursday June 30th, 2022 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE:NINE, OTCQB:STVGF, FSE:KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce  it has received final permit approval from the NB Department of Energy & Mining for its two (2) borehole EM (“BHEM”) surveys at its recently completed stage #1 drill program at its flagship Nine Mile Brook VMS Project in Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick (“BMC”). Nine Mile drilled one DDH specifically for the BHEM survey to define the Target Zone #1 VMS Body and any additional stacked, clustered, or mineralized subsurface bodies/folds in the area. The second DDH for the BHEM survey is 250m to the north (Target Zone #2) and is located along a proposed horizon just south of the California Lake Group target contact area. These DDH’s are approximately 200m+ in length and were specifically located away from the target body in order to obtain a clean, uninterfered electronic analysis of the area. They typically reach 720 degrees in all directions and with the two (2) DDH’s we expect very good coverage for an estimated 600m area. Nine Mile has awarded the contract to Eastern Geophysics Ltd. (“Eastern”) based out of Nova Scotia, and who are the premier geophysics company in the Maritimes. Initially, Eastern will lay out a 400 x 400-meter loop then survey the boreholes with a highly advanced Crone Time Domain Pulse EM system will provide a 3D analysis along the extent of the prospective horizon, a surface distance of over 750 meters. To assist in defining the optimum survey parameters, 18 drill core samples from 3 different drill holes have been shipped to EarthEx Geophysical Solutions (“EarthEx”) in Selkirk, Manitoba for physical properties analysis including electromagnetic conductivity, electrical resistivity and chargeability, density, porosity and magnetic susceptibility. The samples submitted included both Cu and Pb/Zn mineralization in addition to samples of the country rock. EarthEx will review the data and characterize the groups properties, the samples of country rock providing the necessary contrast to the mineralized bodies facilitating target definition at Target Zone #1 and elsewhere on the property. This data will not only assist in defining the survey parameters, it will also allow for more accurate inversion and modeling. Daniel Card, President and Chief Geophysicist of EarthEx will be coordinating with Brian d’Entremont, General Manager at Eastern, to define the location of the 400 x 400-meter loop and ideal survey frequencies. The following image taken from the Crone Geophysics website shows the wide range of conductivities that can be detected by the Crone system. VMS Style deposits will be within the High Conductivity spectrum of the analysis. “The BHEM survey is key to defining additional subsurface mineralization in Target Zone #1 which we believe exists along the prospective horizon. The results from the survey and the physical property information will also provide ideal baseline data when exploration commences immediately to the north within the larger and highly prospective California Lake Group of rocks that crosscuts the project area, “stated Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P. Geo. who acts as the Company’s Qualified Person, a member of Nine Mile’s Technical Advisory Committee. Eastern Geophysics expects to mobilize the week of July 11th, 2022 from their Nova Scotia location. They will complete the BHEM survey in 5-6 days and will deliver their interpretated report, images, and summary shortly thereafter. Patrick J Cruickshank, MBA – Director & member of Technical Advisory Committee stated, “EarthEx Geophysical Solutions has been integral in the recommendation of Eastern Geophysics, survey design and DDH location definition and will integrate the raw survey data directly and apply their proprietary processing and interpretation, into the Nine Mile Brook VMS Project exploration model. We are proceeding with our disciplined technology centric exploration program, and this is the final piece in the phase #1 3D model which should be completed after this BHEM survey data is collected. We should have all VMS mineralized targets defined very shortly on the Nine Mile Brook VMS Project not just recently drilled Target Zones #1 & #2. This VMS project has multiple systems and many high priority defined targets. We look forward to sharing this information shortly.” The disclosure of technical information in this news release has been prepared in accordance with Canadian regulatory requirements as set out in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and reviewed and approved by Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P. NINE MILE METALS ANNOUNCES XRF DRILL RESULTS OF 6.18 % CU, 4.22 % ZN AND 1.45 % PB OVER 11M (Hole NM220003) ON THEIR HIGH-GRADE NINE MILE BROOK VMS PROJECT, BATHURST MINING CAMP, NEW BRUNSWICK

VANCOUVER, B.C. Tuesday June 28, 2022 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE:NINE, OTCQB:STVGF, FSE:KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce the XRF results for Hole NM220003, at the Company’s initial Stage 1 drill program at its flagship Nine Mile Brook VMS Project in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick, Canada (“BMC”). Hole NM22003 has been logged, measured, photographed, and cut and shipped for submission to ALS Global in Moncton, New Brunswick for certified analysis.  The Company has completed its XRF analysis for its 3rd hole (NM220003) utilizing an Olympus Vanta 50 portable XRF equipped with a 50Kv Workstation and Reflex XRF software. The XRF process included calibrating the machine and utilizing 4 standards in the sample stream (OREAS 522B, OREAS 622, CDN-CS-10 and CDN-BL-10 Blank) at 4-meter intervals. Each sample consisted of a 1-meter section of cut drill core and as such, the sample was not homogeneous. There were 11 Sample Batches (approx. 11m), each sample batch had approximately 24-30 data points analyzed per meter, 11 total meter sections, approximately 300 data points in this sampling. The core sample is placed cut face down, and the XRF gun takes a random unknown sample of the core. The operator has no knowledge of the laser point. The sum of the averages was divided by the number of pieces, the results of which are presented below. Hole #3 was a vertical hole drilled to a depth of 50 meters at Target Area #1. The drill hole intersected a chalcopyrite rich copper zone mixed with pyrite and lesser sphalerite (Zn) and galena (Pb). The mineralization is classic VMS style, fine to medium grained, locally banded and some mixing with sediments and volcanics. “Hole NM220003 continues to be a Cu rich VMS body in the Target Area #1. We are working diligently to process all the holes and submit to ALS Global Labs for certified assays. We are looking forward to receiving the Au & Ag results due to the high-grade copper and lead in the system. Next steps will be our borehole EM probe surveys along the target horizon which should identify additional mineralization along strike and depth. These types of deposits cluster and repeat in folds and EarthEX will add another important layer in our highly advanced exploration model utilizing new proprietary technology and reprocessing algorithms. We look forward to delivering more news on our Nine Mile Brook VMS Project shortly.”, stated Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P.Geo., member of Technical Advisory Committee.   Patrick J Cruickshank, MBA, Director and member of the technical advisory committee stated, “this hole further defines our Target Area #1 body and we are currently preparing samples for shipment to EarthEX Geophysical Solutions (“EarthEX”) in Selkirk, MB for physical properties analysis, along with our borehole EM survey, which will be applied to their 3D exploration analysis model for identification of further bodies similar to this target. These types of VMS bodies cluster in strings or multiple lens’ in the BMC. This is the 3rd DDH results in our Target Area #1 VMS zone. We look forward to announcing our certified assays (including Ag & Au) results from ALS Global Labs. The anticipated date for receipt of certified assays is approximately 3 – 4 weeks.  In total, 11.00m continuous drill core from DDH NM220003 were submitted. We look forward to receiving the certified assay values.  The logging and cutting of core were done by Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P.Geo. (QP for Nine Mile). The XRF analysis was conducted by Patrick Cruickshank, MBA (Director and member of Technical Advisory Committee) under the supervision of G. Lohman, B.Sc., P.Geo., member of Technical Advisory Committee. X-ray fluorescence (“XRF”) is a non-destructive analytical technique used to determine the elemental composition of materials such as drill core. XRF analyzers determine the chemistry of a sample by measuring the fluorescent (or secondary) X-ray emitted from a sample when it is excited by a primary X-ray source. It should be noted that the results only provide an indication of the amount of Cu, Pb and Zn present. Certified assaying of the core samples is still required to accurately determine the amount of base metal and precious metal mineralization (Copper-Lead-Zinc-Silver and Gold).  We have displayed the XRF unit results for the standards and are listed in the tables above. NINE MILE METALS ANNOUNCES XRF DRILL RESULTS OF 7.33 % CU, 1.78 % ZN AND 1.08 % PB OVER 19M (Hole NM220004) ON THEIR HIGH-GRADE NINE MILE BROOK VMS PROJECT, BATHURST MINING CAMP, NEW BRUNSWICK

VANCOUVER, B.C. Monday June 13, 2022 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE:NINE, OTCQB:STVGF, FSE:KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce the XRF results for Hole NM220004, at the Company’s initial Stage 1 drill program at its flagship Nine Mile Brook VMS Project in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick, Canada (“BMC”). Hole NM22004 has been logged, measured, photographed, and cut and shipped for submission to ALS Global in Moncton, New Brunswick for certified analysis.  The Company has completed its XRF analysis for its second hole (NM220004) utilizing an Olympus Vanta 50 portable XRF equipped with a 50Kv Workstation and Reflex XRF software. There were 19 Sample Batches (19m), each sample batch had approximately 30-38 data points analyzed per meter, 19 total meter sections, approximately 684 data points in this sampling. The core sample is placed cut face down, and the XRF gun takes a random unknown sample of the core. The operator has no knowledge of the laser point. The sum of the averages was divided by the number of pieces, the results of which are presented below. Hole #4 was a vertical hole drilled to a depth of 137 meters at Target Area #1. The drill hole intersected a chalcopyrite rich copper zone and lesser sphalerite (Zn) and galena (Pb). The mineralization was classic VMS style, locally mixed with sediments and volcanics. Sediments and volcanics were also intersected in the drill hole. Samples are being collected for submission to EarthEx for physical property analysis at their laboratory in Selkirk, Manitoba. It is anticipated that this style of mineralization will respond exceptionally well to the upcoming Bore Hole Electro-Magnetic (“BHEM”) program to be conducted along the target horizon. The BHEM program should identify additional subsurface mineralization along both strike and depth. These style deposits cluster and repeat in folds. We have displayed the XRF unit results for the Standards and are listed below. Patrick J Cruickshank, MBA, Director and member of the technical advisory committee stated “this was a significant hole in our (5) targeted VMS drill holes in this program. It displays this targets rich copper characterization. We haven’t seen these rich copper results in the BMC. After drill holes NM220005 and NM220004, we clearly see this copper zone as special. This is a new copper zone within this identified Target Area #1 on Nine Mile Brook VMS Project. We will complete the drill hole analysis with certified assays from ALS Global, and then complete the (2) Bore Hole EM Surveys for completion of the phase 1 of our exploration program, which permit applications have already been filed. We are right on track with our defined program.” “We use the XRF process as a defining tool in the analysis and follow strict protocols. The XRF helps identify visual and nonvisual mineralization in our drill core assisting our technical team to select core samples and widths to process for certification at ALS Global. We also have experienced severe lag times at the certified labs due to covid and shortage of gold crucibles used in the lab assay process, extending processing times to 8-12 weeks this past 2 years, we hope this trend is shortened back to normal delivery times. We look forward to sharing the certified results shortly including the silver and gold.”, stated Gary Lohman, P.Geo., member of Technical Advisory Committee. The anticipated date for receipt of certified assays is approximately 3 – 4 weeks.  In total, 19.00m continuous drill core from DDH NM220004 were submitted. We look forward to receiving the certified assay values.  The logging and cutting of core were done by Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P.Geo. (QP for Nine Mile). The XRF analysis was conducted by Patrick Cruickshank, MBA (Director and Technical Committee) under the supervision of G. Lohman, B.Sc., P.Geo., member of Technical Advisory Committee. Nine Mile Metals will be showcasing the split core from the first two holes for viewing at Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (“PDAC”) 2022 in Toronto this week. Windfall Geotek Inc. (TSX-V: WIN) has generously allowed Nine Mile to share their booth #2149 on Monday and Tuesday from 1 to 3 p.m. (EDT). Both Patrick Cruickshank and Gary Lohman will be there to answer any questions. NINE MILE METALS ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF DRILL PROGRAM (PHASE 1) AND REPORTS VISIBLE, MASSIVE HIGH-GRADE COPPER VMS MINERALIZATION AT ITS FLAGSHIP NINE MILE BROOK VMS PROJECT

VANCOUVER, B.C. Wednesday May 25th, 2022 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE:NINE, OTCQB:STVGF, FSE:KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce  the completion of the phase 1 drill program on the Company’s flagship Nine Mile Brook VMS Project on southern target zones #1 and #2. Seven (7) diamond drill holes were completed including five (5) target drill holes and two (2) borehole EM drill holes. At target zone #1, five (5) drill holes were collared to drill the sample area, collect samples for assay and mineralogy, and for analysis by EarthEX Geophysical Solutions Inc. (“EarthEX”) for physical properties. The results of the EarthEx study will assist in defining the survey parameters for upcoming ground and borehole electro-magnetic surveys. The Company is very pleased to report that they have hit visual mineralization on all five (5) VMS target DDH drill holes with intersections ranging from 9 meters to 14 meters+ of high-grade VMS mineralization (Copper, Lead, Zinc). In all five (5) VMS target drill holes, abundant pyrite, chalcopyrite , sphalerite, and galena were observed in drill core locally mixed with sediments. The style of mineralization varied from banded, massive to disseminated, the latter typical for sphalerite. This style of mineralization is typical of the VMS occurrences in the Bathurst Mining Camp (“BMC”). Several core photos are displayed below. Included in the drill program were two (2) exploratory holes, both 200 meters in depth. They were drilled to facilitate a bore hole electro-magnetic geophysical survey (“BHEM”) designed to test the Willet Horizon which hosts the VMS mineralization at the VMS (target zone #1) and 250 meters to the north at target zone #2. The BHEM survey will be completed shortly and will detect any subsurface VMS mineralization associated with the horizon, outline the size and shape of the previously defined VMS intersections, and identify additional mineralization along strike and at depth. Massive VMS Mineralization – Chalcopyrite (Cu), Sphalerite (Zn), and Galena (Pb). Silver (Ag) and Gold (Au) to be determined. Massive VMS Mineralization – Chalcopyrite (Cu), Sphalerite, and Galena (Pb). Silver (Ag) and Gold (Au) to be determined. Next Steps are to log, photograph, measure and cut the core for assay submission to the ALS Global facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Prior to submission to the lab, the Company will use X-ray fluorescence (“XRF”) on the core samples to obtain an indication of the grades expected. XRF is a non-destructive analytical technique used to determine the elemental composition of materials such as drill core. XRF analyzers determine the chemistry of a sample by measuring the fluorescent (or secondary) X-ray emitted from a sample when it is excited by a primary X-ray source. It should be noted that the results only provide an indication of the amount of Cu, Pb and Zn present. Assaying of the core samples is still required to accurately determine the amount of base metal and precious metal mineralization. (Copper-Lead-Zinc-Silver and Gold). “We couldn’t be more pleased to report we have just completed Phase 1 of our drill program on our flagship Nine Mile Brook VMS Project. Having hit wide intersections of mineralization with high concentrations in Copper, Lead, and Zinc, we look forward to the Borehole EM Survey so we can get a definition of the subsurface mineralized body and other potential VMS clusters beneath the surface. We are very confident these assays will return grades very similar to our previously reported samples in our press release dated Jan 26, 2022 (excerpt featured below), stated Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P. Geo. who acts as the Company’s Qualified Person, and is a member of Nine Mile’s Technical Advisory Committee. Nine Mile Metals Signs Option to Purchase 100% of California Lake and Canoe Landing Lake East VMS Projects

VANCOUVER, B.C. April 26, 2022 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE:NINE, OTCQB:STVGF, FSE:KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce it has signed a new Mineral Property Option to acquire all the Vendor’s right, title and interest in and to 12 mineral claims: California Lake (6 claims), Canoe Landing Lake East (4 claims); and Nine Mile Brook area (2 claims) of the Bathurst Mining Camp (“BMC”), New Brunswick (the “Property”), subject to a 2% Net Smelter Royalty. The Mineral Property Option Agreement is dated April 25, 2022 (the “Agreement”). Nine Mile Metals geological exploration footprint has now increased from 31.24 km2 to a massive 70.18 km2, over the most fruitful host rocks in the entire BMC. Nine Mile now has three distinct advanced VMS Projects: Nine Mile Brook; California Lake; and Canoe Landing Lake (East and West). These acquisitions transform Nine Mile Metals into one of the largest exploration companies in the BMC. Figure 1: Updated Claim Map These strategic acquisitions solidify the Company’s land position in the highly target rich Spruce Lake, Canoe Landing Lake, and Boucher Brook Formations, in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp. These prolific formations host 16 of the 46 known VMS deposits, including Trevali’s producing Caribou mine. (see Figure 1) California Lake VMS Project: The California Lake VMS Project covers 24.42 square kilometers immediately north of the Canoe Landing Lake Project and includes a large section of the highly prospective Spruce Lake Formation. Included in the land package are 4 known base metal (Cu, Pb, Zn) mineral occurrences: South Branch Forty Mile Brook; California Lake 32 South; California Lake 68 South;  and California Lake – Murray Brook. Historical work in the area identified a variety of VMS depositional styles including disseminated and stringer sulphides in addition to massive, tabular massive sulphides as at the California Lake 32 South Zone where previous drilling intersected values ranging from 7.86% Zn, 2.51% Pb, 73.9 g/t Ag and 1.41 g/t Au over 6 metres. At California Lake – Murray Brook, historical surface trenching identified an extensive hydrothermal alteration zone some 500 metres in length and between 10 and 100 metres wide with significant concentrations of base metal sulphides including grab samples up to 5% Cu. At California Lake 68 South, 4-meter drill intersections assayed 2% Pb/Zn with minor copper and silver.   Canoe Landing Lake VMS Project: To the southeast of California Lake, the acquired Canoe Landing Lake East VMS property covers 5.5 square kilometers along the east flank of the Canoe Landing Lake VMS Deposit. Hosted within the Boucher Brook Formation near the contact with the Canoe Landing Lake Formation, the deposit consists of 22.8 million tons grading 0.64% Pb, 1.82% Zn, 0.56% Cu, 0.94 oz/ton Ag and 0.034 oz/t Au. This additional property increases our Canoe Landing Lake VMS Project to 10.78 km2, which includes both Canoe Landing Lake West and Canoe Landing Lake East properties. Nine Mile Brook VMS Project: The newly acquired Upper Pabineau River and Nine Mile Brook properties on the eastern flank of our existing Flagship Nine Mile Brook VMS Project, adds 9.02 square kms of prospective stratigraphy along the Boucher Brook Formation, host of the Nine Mile Brook VMS occurrence and the Canoe Landing Lake Deposit to the west. These additional properties increase our Nine Mile Brook VMS Project to 34.98 km2. Utilizing recent proprietary advances in both technology and data processing, this large project portfolio will be aggressively explored for its VMS potential. Initial geophysical targeting will be followed up by ground-based surveys, 3D modeling and diamond drilling. Bore hole surveys will be conducted to define subsurface mineralization. “We are very pleased to announce these strategic acquisitions which add significant shareholder value to our project portfolio. These acquisitions dramatically increase our exploration footprint in the BMC, and de-risks our portfolio tremendously. To have three (3) significant VMS exploration projects, deeply roots Nine Mile in the Bathurst Mining Camp”, stated Patrick J Cruickshank, MBA – Director & Technical Advisory Committee Member. To exercise its option to acquire the mineral property interests, Nine Mile must pay an aggregate of 1,500,000 common shares and $100,000 to the vendors, who are arm’s length and not related parties to the Company during a period of up to three years as follows: (a)     pay 500,000 common shares and $20,000 on the date of the Agreement; (b)     pay 333,334 common shares and $20,000 on the first anniversary of the date of the Agreement; (c)      pay 333,334 common shares and $30,000 on the second anniversary of the date of the Agreement; and, (d)     pay 333,332 common shares and $30,000 on the third anniversary of the date of the Agreement; The Company has agreed to keep the claims in good standing during the term of the agreement but has not agreed to any minimum exploration expenditures on the Property. The Company may purchase half of the Net Smelter Royalty at any time for the price of $1,000,000. The agreement was negotiated at arm’s length.  All Company shares issued to the Vendors will be subject to four-month resale restrictions in accordance with Canadian securities legislation. The transaction does not represent a change of business. There will no change of directors or officers of the company required by the transaction. The transaction is at arm’s length. No finder’s fees, broker’s fees or other commissions are payable in connection with this transaction. A copy of the Agreement is filed along with the Company’s public disclosure on SEDAR.
