NINE MILE METALS ANNOUNCES THE DRILL RIG MOBILIZATION FOR THE CONTINUATION OF PHASE 2 DRILL PROGRAM AT NINE MILE BROOK

VANCOUVER, B.C. – MONDAY JULY 10, 2023, NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE: NINE, OTCQB: VMSXF, FSE: KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”), is pleased to announce the mobilization of Lantech Drilling Ltd. track mount rig for continuation of the Company’s stage 2 drill program at its flagship Nine Mile Brook VMS project in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick (“BMC”). Following re-processing and technical analysis from Phase 1, refined targeting has identified a new structure crosscutting the project area west of the Lens. Defined by a chargeability high, the Nine Mile Structural Corridor contains individual targets along its boundaries that have never been drill tested.   The completion of the 5,000m stage 2 drill program on the Nine Mile Brook VMS Project is scheduled to resume by July 17, 2023. Enhanced target definition has identified a massive new structure, the Nine Mile Structural Corridor, and new targets on the western flank of the Lens. The boundaries of the structure correlates to the Islands Trend in the west and the along a well-defined geophysical contact in the east. This structure has never been tested by drilling. The new structural trend identified by the chargeability west of the Lens may, due to extensive folding, contain felsic volcanics of the Spruce Lake Formation, host to known VMS mineralization in the BMC. Targeting is focused along both the western and eastern contacts of the Nine Mile Structural Corridor where favourable geology coincides with individual, discreet anomalies as in the north where veins of copper and zinc mineralization were intersected in drill hole T01-B-RM at the Islands. Re-interpretation of the geophysical and geological data further defined the regional trend and boundaries that host the Lens mineralization. New targets have been identified with a node at hinge A and its plunge to the north. Lantech’s track mounted drill rig provides ease of access reducing moving costs while also keeping environmental disturbance to a minimum. Lantech has also secured a REFLEX EZ-TRAC, a high precision magnetic and gravimetric instrument that can transfer vital downhole survey data in real time to assist in the planning, plotting, and modeling of data. Patrick J Cruickshank, MBA , CEO & Director stated, “Our reprocessing and further analysis from phase 1 of our drill program has identified a new structure that has never been tested. New analysis has identified this structure and its contacts as a high priority for testing the source of our Lens. This area has never been identified or drilled historically. Only by utilizing new algorithms and data from our phase 1 drilling have we been able to locate and define this area. The fact that it lines up exactly with the Islands contact has further added to its potential for minerialization. We look forward to further locating the source at the Islands for the VMS veins intercepted in phase 1. We are thrilled to announce a fully funded  phase 2 mobilization next week and continue our exploration program at Nine Mile Brook. In the meantime, we are continuing to analyze and prepare for our Wedge and California Lake drill programs. We are proud to announce we have been selected and received the maximum amount of the New Brunswick Junior Mining Assistance Program Grant for our phase 2 drilling at our successful California Lake VMS Project from last fall 2022. This is a financial assistance program for private-sector mineral exploration companies. The maximum available is $50,000 and is intended to increase the probability of finding economically viable mineral resources in New Brunswick. Our successful identification and mineralization at our phase 1 drill program last fall 2022 has been identified and supported by the NB Government of Natural Resources and we are honoured to take this to the next level in phase 2 this summer. With the Wedge and the California Lake programs, we look forward to a very busy and successful summer/fall exploration  season. We look forward to our next update.” “After merging the drill hole geology with the 3D geophysical model, a new structural trend has been identified on the Nine Mile Brook VMS Project where there has been no previous drilling. This is an exciting development and targeting in this stage is focused on more discreet, strong anomalies along the structural boundaries where favourable geology has been identified. This target area has always been considered a potential source of the Lens mineralization which may have moved into place following the many episodes of folding that define the deposits in the BMC,” stated Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P. Geo., VP Exploration and Director.   The disclosure of technical information in this news release has been prepared in accordance with Canadian regulatory requirements as set out in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and reviewed and approved by Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE PDF   VANCOUVER, B.C. MONDAY, June 26, 2023 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE: NINE, OTCQB: VMSXF, FSE: KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce we received the final report analysis and results of mineralogical testing by Research and Productivity Council (“RPC”), located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.  RPC was engaged by Nine Mile Metals to investigate the potential of Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag-Au recovery from the Nine Mile Brook VMS Lens. RPC was provided with 52 kilograms of drill core samples (Figure 1) from the 2022 drill program to characterize the mineralogy and direct further recovery investigations. The material was combined into 3 samples after consultation with the Nine Mile Technical Team. Highlights from the report include: The mineralogy is like other Bathurst Mining Camp deposits however the concentration of payable metals is not typical, having very high grades. Combined payable metal in each of the 3 samples were 21.3% Cu, 16.1% Pb and 18.1% Zn. RPC concluded that an 18.5% combined payable metal could be attained based on a non-weighed average blend *** Note: This does not include Ag and Au values. Silver grades were similar in all 3 samples, averaging 216 g/t Ag, the silver contained in the mineral tetrahedrite, an antimony sulphide of Cu, Fe, Zn, Ag. Gold varied between 1.481 – 1.922 g/t Au. The samples also contained the critical technology element Indium, ranging from 200 – 390 ppm In. The Company has also received approval and additional grant funding through the National Research Council- Industrial Research Assistance Program to fully fund the next stage directed by RPC which includes: Gravity separation and a bulk sulphide flotation testing to determine if there is potential to further upgrade the payable metal contents. Identify and contact smelters that can process high-grade ore. Analyze and assess potential processing options for the high Indium mineralization found in the Lens Ore, a critical mineral used in defence, energy, and telecommunications. Due to the size and composition of the sample material, prior to the initiation of the 2,500 tonne Bulk Sampling program, Nine Mile will be providing the Department of Mines the following: Site design plans Detailed reclamation plan for the site. Baseline water testing (prior, during, after completion) Patrick J Cruickshank, MBA, CEO & Director stated, “The bulk sample analysis and receipt of another fully funded next phase for RPC is a terrific example of the support and partnerships between the mining industry and junior mining companies, here in New Brunswick. We were not surprised with the high-grade analysis and look forward to identifying the recipient smelter and initiating the bulk sample extraction phase. With the current favourable commodity prices and RPC’s head grade analysis reporting 18.5% combined payable metal, the economics of our bulk sample program will be very positive. The presence of Indium was a pleasant surprise and RPC is investigating the options to extract that high technology mineral.” “The work by RPC has further confirmed the exceptional grades of the lens, the mineralogy consisting of primary, base metal sulphides and minor accessory minerals, facilitating processing. With head grade averages of 216.26 g/t Ag and 1.63 g/t Au and the potential of recovering Indium, we look forward to receiving RPC’s next stage final analysis report for our bulk sample program,” stated Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P. NINE MILE METALS ANNOUNCES XRF HIGH-GRADE RESULTS UP TO 24.81% COPPER AND 38.50% COMBINED LEAD-ZINC FROM HISTORIC WEDGE MINE, BATHURST, NEW BRUNSWICK

VANCOUVER, B.C. Monday, June 19, 2023 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE: NINE, OTCQB: VMSXF, FSE: KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce the XRF results for VMS mineralization collected from various locations at the Wedge mine site in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick, Canada (“BMC”). Discovered in 1956, Cominco operated the mine between 1962 to 1968 producing 1.5 million tonnes of predominantly copper ore. Despite being a former producer with a remaining resource of 545,200 tonnes* grading 1.75% Cu, 5.21% Zn, 1.71% Pb (McCuthcheon et al, 2005), there is very little technical data with the New Brunswick Department of Mines (“NBDEM”) or in the public domain. There are no records of critical items such as geological maps, drill hole locations, drill logs, drill core, underground mine plans, production figures and assay certificates. The team continues to collect representative samples amongst the rubble at site in the western portion of the clearing (Figure 1), to determine the base and precious metal assay values and to validate the historical grades. Geological mapping is underway to define the host geology which will assist in drill hole targeting. Upon completion of geological mapping, geophysical surveying, data compilation and interpretation by the technical team, Stage 1 drilling will commence. As with the first sample series, the samples are cut, and analyzed XRF utilizing an Olympus Vanta 50 portable XRF equipped with a 50Kv workstation and Reflex XRF software. The XRF process included calibrating the machine and utilizing 3 standards in the sample stream (OREAS622, CDN-CGS-10 and CDN-BL-10) twice during analysis. Each sample consisted of numerous cut slabs represented by the number in brackets adjacent to the sample number below. As such, the samples were not homogeneous. Each slab was analyzed in 3 separate locations and the results averaged by the Reflex XRF software. The sum of the averages for each individual sample was divided by the number of pieces, the results of which are presented below. There were a total of 213 data points collected. The same samples have been shipped to ALS Global in Moncton for preparation and certified assay results. Highlights: A variety of mineralized sample types were collected at the mine site including fine-grained massive VMS (Cu-Pb-Zn), banded VMS mineralization in addition to massive chalcopyrite as in sample W23015. The samples were predominantly Cu rich with minor Pb/Zn. Most samples consisted of 90% + sulphides and minor quartz / accessory minerals. Historically, Cu is found concentrated in the coarse-grained pyrite in the thickest part of the deposit as demonstrated in sample W23015 (Figure 2). Sample W23014 is typical of hanging wall mineralization with fine grained pyrite and narrow bands of sphalerite and galena (Figure 3). The samples were primarily located in the western portion of the site, 141m west of the footings of the headframe and hoist. NINE MILE METALS ANNOUNCES XRF HIGH-GRADE RESULTS UP TO 9.8% COPPER AND 22.85% COMBINED LEAD-ZINC FROM HISTORIC WEDGE MINE, BATHURST, NEW BRUNSWICK

VANCOUVER, B.C. Tuesday, June 6, 2023 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE: NINE, OTCQB: VMSXF, FSE: KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce the XRF results for VMS mineralization collected from the Wedge mine site in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick, Canada (“BMC”). Discovered in 1956, Cominco operated the mine between 1962 to 1968 producing 1.5 million tonnes of predominantly copper ore. Despite a long exploration and operating history, technical data regarding the mine was not required to be reported to the New Brunswick Department of Energy and Mines (“NBDEM”), including drill logs, assay certificates, production figures and underground mine plans. Prior to commencing the 2023 exploration drill program, the ground will be mapped at surface and representative samples analyzed to determine the base and precious metal assay values. Initial samples have been collected at site, cut, and analyzed utilizing an Olympus Vanta 50 portable XRF equipped with a 50Kv workstation and Reflex XRF software. There was a total of  102 data points collected. The same samples have been shipped to ALS Global in Moncton for preparation and certified assaying. Highlights: Samples were fine-grained massive VMS (Cu-Pb-Zn) mineralization collected at the Wedge mine site. The samples were predominantly Cu rich with minor Pb/Zn. Most samples consisted of 90% + sulphides and minor quartz / accessory minerals. Patrick J Cruickshank, MBA, CEO & Director stated, “We are extremely surprised at the high-grade Copper values from this 1st group of samples from the Wedge Mine Ore. In addition to resuming our Nine Mile Brook drill program in the next 2 weeks, our current financial raise will enable us to drill the Wedge Project (along with our Canoe Landing VMS Project and follow up exploration work on our California Lake VMS Project) this season as opposed to next year. I am particularly interested in receiving the silver & gold assay results from the ALS Labs. We look forward to additional ore sampling at the Wedge project and receiving the EarthEx Geophysical Solutions (“EarthEx”) geophysical reprocessing analysis in preparation to our 2023 drill program. The Wedge proves to be a valuable asset in our portfolio.” “The grades of copper in this initial round of sampling attest to the prospectivity of our newly acquired Wedge VMS project. In addition to the Wedge Mine, the project area includes the West Wedge, Tribag and Lower Forty Mile Brook target areas, where previous trenching and drilling have intersected VMS mineralization along this portion of the California Lake Group. EarthEx is currently reprocessing the geophysical data, with preliminary results indicating a relationship between the magnetic trends and EarthEx’s identified targets.  We look forward to utilizing new technology to expand  the reported Wedge Mine resource of 545,200 tonnes* grading 1.75% Cu, 5.21% Zn, 1.71% Pb (McCuthcheon et al, 2005), by working along strike and depth. Advancing the new target areas West Wedge and Tribag is also a main priority in 2023,” stated Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P. Geo., VP Exploration and Director. * Note: The resource is historical and cannot be relied upon The disclosure of technical information in this news release has been prepared in accordance with Canadian regulatory requirements as set out in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and reviewed and approved by Gary Lohman, B.Sc., P.
