The primary analytical method for the Wedge samples is UT-7, multi-element Peroxide “Total” Fusion (ICP-OES+MS). When overlimit results are returned, ore grade analysis is triggered and conducted utilizing Code 8-AR-ICP-OES. Gold analysis is treated separately by 30g Fire Assay and AA finish, method 1A2. Ag is also treated separately by method 1E Ag. QA /QC controls involve inserting standards in the samples stream at set intervals. Samples 280461 through 280464 below (Figure 1) are examples of the massive Hi-Grade Copper sulphide mineralization (Chalcopyrite). Covellite is also clearly seen in sample #280461 and #280463, as a dark blue cast in colour. The samples were collected in the area highlighted in Figure 2, immediately to the west of the footings for the old hoist and the remains of the shaft. These are well-known landmarks. FIGURE 1: HIGHLIGHTED SAMPLES   Figure 2: 2025 Sample Area Gary Lohman, Director, P.Geo., VP Exploration, stated ”The mineralization is massive in character, fine grained, with basic Fe (Pyrite) and Cu sulphides (Chalcopyrite – Covellite), mineralogy as we have seen in recent drilling. Visible covellite (CuS) was locally present, adding a high grade component to the system. Again, these values explain what we are seeing in our drill core from our first 3 holes. (WD-25-01 & WD-25-02 & WD-25-02B). We are extremely encouraged and look forward to the WD-25-01 Certified Drill Core Assay Results.” Patrick J. Cruickshank, MBA, CEO & Director, stated “Our current Wedge Program continues to demonstrate the high-grade quality of the sampling of this deposit. These results are simply outstanding. Our current Drill Program was designed with this quality of mineralization below and I believe our 1st (3) announced drill holes clearly demonstrates this success. This is definitely a special copper rich deposit. We look forward to sharing our summary of our next drill hole in our program.” Qualified Person The technical content of this news release pertaining to the Wedge Project was reviewed and approved by Gary Lohman, P.Geo., a non-independent qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. Copper Equivalent (Cu-Eq) for these surface grab samples is calculated based on December 16, 2025, pricing: US$ 5.35/lb Cu, US$ 0.88/lb Pb, US$ 1.37/lb Zn, US$ 67.10/oz Ag, and US$ 4337.70/oz Au, with 80% metallurgical recoveries assumed for all metals. Since it is unclear which metals will be the principal products, assuming different recoveries is premature at this stage. Therefore, an 80% recovery rate is justified.   About Nine Mile Metals Ltd.: Nine Mile Metals Ltd. is a Canadian public mineral exploration company focused on VMS (Cu, Pb, Zn, Ag and Au) exploration in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick, Canada. NINE MILE METALS ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF DDH WD-25-02B AND CONTINUES TO CONFIRM (2) ZONES OF COPPER RICH VMS
WITH 66 METERS OF MINERALIZATION AT THE WEDGE PROJECT

TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA. MONDAY, DECEMBER 22nd , 2025 – NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE: NINE, OTCQB: VMSXF, FSE: KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”) is pleased to announce that the 3rd drill hole in its Wedge Western Extension Drill Program (DDH-WD-25-02B) has been completed. DDH WD-25-02B was collared approximately 60 meters northwest of WD-25-01 and drilled at an azimuth of 325 degrees and a dip of -50 degrees to a final depth of 122 meters further increasing the mineralized footprint of the target to the west (Figure 3). DDH WD-25-02B was successful, with massive copper bearing sulphides (VMS – Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag-Au) found associated with the contact breccia at 56.4m depth with mineralization continuing to 122 meters. The sulphide mineralization in the drill hole occurred in both sediments and volcanics, terminating in massive copper bearing sulphides (VMS – Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag-Au) with visible Chalcopyrite (CuFeS2) as seen in Figure 1. Downhole ground conditions in the fault zone (sand seams, gouge) led to the termination of the drill hole at 122 meters, as we were drilling through a massive copper zone (Figure 1). Most Sample sections between 53.0 and 122.0 meters were 3 meters in length, to provide the best overall data for the drill hole. Smaller sample widths were identified and cut where appropriate. With massive mineralization present at the base of the drill hole, a new drill hole is being designed by the Technical Team, to be initiated from the other side of the fault zone, (New – to be permitted) in Phase 2 – 2026. FIGURE 1: Visible VMS Quality Mineralization, Massive Chalcopyrite (CuFeS2 ) – Samples cut for Lab Processing FIGURE 2: Massive Copper Mineralization Throughout Cut Drill Core in DDH WD-25-02B Sample Section FIGURE 3: Drill Hole Locations, WD-25-01, WD-25-02B All drill core has been measured, logged, photographed, marked and cut for sampling at the company’s warehouse in Bathurst, New Brunswick. A quick XRF analysis was also completed for sulphide confirmation – filtering and width identification in definition for sampling core for ALS Global. A total of (27) 3 meter sections have been identified for Base and Precious Metals analysis, including Antimony, and have been shipped to ALSGlobal, Moncton, New Brunswick for processing. Gary Lohman, VP Exploration, Director stated, “Drilling continues to intersect massive copper bearing mineralization in the western portion of the Wedge. The style of the mineralization varies from massive VMS (Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag-Au) to sequences of intercalated volcanics and VMS bands. XRF analysis has confirmed the high presence of copper, and we look forward to obtaining the permits required to drill this high-grade zone from the other side of the fault zone in the spring drill phase. The mineralization just continues to impress. We look forward to testing the thickness of this area of the target zone.” Patrick J. Cruickshank, MBA, CEO & Director, stated, “Our 3rd drill hole, WD-25-02B continues to demonstrate the high-quality mineralization at this deposit and now we are testing the depth on the western flank of the targets. The samples clearly confirm multiple Copper rich zones, and we are systematically drilling the area to help identify the size and scale of this body. We look forward to revisiting this area of the Target Plate in our next phase of drilling, as we were just entering a very impressive high grade copper zone. We now have (3) completed drill holes with all core sample sections delivered ALS Global Labs for “Rush” processing. Our team has been highly motivated to process and ship the drill core quickly for expediated assay results from ALS Global (Moncton).” The disclosure of technical information in this news release has been prepared in accordance with Canadian regulatory requirements as set out in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and reviewed and approved by Gary Lohman, B.Sc., PGO., VP Exploration and Director who acts as the Company’s Qualified Person, and is not independent of the Company. NINE MILE METALS ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF DDH WD-25-02 AND CONTINUES TO CONFIRM (2) ZONES OF COPPER RICH VMS
MINERALIZATION AT THE WEDGE PROJECT DRILL PROGRAM

TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA – WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 3rd, 2025, NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE: NINE, OTCQB: VMSXF, FSE: KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”), is pleased to announce that the 2nd drill hole in its Wedge Western Extension Drill Program (DDH-WD-25-02) has been completed and is in progress on its 3RD hole (DDH-WD-25-02B). DDH WD-25-02 was collared on the same drill pad as WD-25-01 and drilled at an azimuth of 310 degrees and a dip of -50 degrees to intersect the first plate approximately 50 meters west of Hole WD-25-01, increasing the mineralized zone along strike, to the west. (Figure 3). The hole completed at 203m at depth. DDH WD-25-02 was successful, intersecting massive copper bearing sulphides (VMS – Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag-Au). Massive copper bearing sulphides (VMS – Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag-Au) were found associated with the contact breccia at 139m depth with a second zone of massive copper bearing sulphides (VMS – Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag-Au) intersected at 155 meters, having an approximate true width of 20 meters. The sulphide mineralogy in WD-25-02 is readily visible, especially the massive copper mineralization, as shown in Figures 1 & 2. Chalcopyrite (CuFeS2) occurs as masses, streaks and blebs while more local Pb-Zn mineralization is well banded with sphalerite (Zn) the dominant sulphide. Local bornite (Cu5FeS4) and Covellite (CuS) is visibly present, the bornite displays its characteristic “Purple Peacock Copper Bloom” and Covellite its “Blue Copper”, as seen in Figure 1. All drill core has been measured, logged, photographed, marked and cut for sampling at the company’s warehouse in Bathurst, New Brunswick. A quick XRF analysis was also completed for sulphide confirmation – filtering and width identification in definition for sampling core for Actlabs Analysis. A total of 55 sections have been identified for Base and Precious Metals analysis, including Antimony, for Actlabs, Fredericton, New Brunswick.     FIGURE 1: Visible Massive Copper Mineralization from Zone 1 & 2 (including Covellite (CuS) & Bornite (Cu5FeS4 ).     Gary Lohman, VP Exploration, Director stated, “We are pleased with our technical preparation of this drill program and quality of our Lens targeting. The western extension of this deposit is robust and copper rich. Very positive to confirm the thickness of this plate intersection as we stepped approximately 50m west of DDH-WD-25-01. Our data modelling suggests a 3rd potential Zone of mineralization which Mike Dufresne of Apex Geoscience is modeling and designing (2) potential Drill holes to test that prospective Zone from the western flank area, thus avoiding a sheer zone from the south. We look forward to moving to the Northwest area of this extension program”. Patrick J. Cruickshank, MBA, CEO & Director, stated, “Once again, we have intersected quality mineralization at the desired Target Plates at DDH-25-02, as designed and set out by our Technical Team. The visible mineralization and copper rich sulphides is just spectacular. The presence of Bornite and Covellite is a strong indicator of the quality of this deposit. This western flank area is being confirmed as a rich Copper Lens, one hole at a time. We are on track to increase the Wedge Mine’s mineralized footprint to the west and at depth. The next drill hole in our campaign is DDH-WD-25-02B, which is underway and we look forward to sharing our next summary update shortly.” About Nine Mile Metals Ltd.: Nine Mile Metals Ltd. is a Canadian public mineral exploration company focused on VMS (Cu, Pb, Zn, Ag and Au) exploration in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick, Canada. NINE MILE METALS ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF DDH WD-25-01 AND CONFIRMS TWO ZONES OF VMS MINERALIZATION AT THE WEDGE PROJECT

TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA – MONDAY NOVEMBER 26th, 2025, NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE: NINE, OTCQB: VMSXF, FSE: KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”), is pleased to announce that the 1st drill hole in its Wedge Western Extension Drill Program (DDH-WD-25-01) has been completed to target depth and is in progress on its 2nd hole (DDH-WD-25-02). WD-25-01 was collared along the southern flank of the Wedge Mine and drilled at an azimuth of 335 degrees with a dip of -50 degrees to target the 2 modeled plates in the western extension (Figure 2). DDH WD-25-01 was successful, intersecting approximately 22.40 meters (true width) of massive copper bearing sulphides (VMS – Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag-Au), in the 1st Target Plate. DDH WD-25-01 also intersected a 2nd sulphide zone in Target Plate 2, which is currently being geologically logged, measured, photographed and cut for sampling. A total of 65 sample sections have been identified for base and precious metals analysis (including Antimony) by Actlabs, Fredericton, New Brunswick. The VMS sulphides were visible so our time consuming XRF analysis process was not performed on this large a section to expediate the samples to the labs for certified analysis, also keeping the crew from becoming backlogged in the drill program. All drill core has been measured, logged, photographed, marked and cut for sampling at the company’s warehouse in Bathurst New Brunswick. WD-25-02 was collared on the same drill pad and drilled at an azimuth of 310 degrees and a dip of -50 degrees to intersect the first plate approximately 40 meters further west to extend the mineralized zone along strike. More details will follow when geological logging of the drill core has been completed.       FIGURE 4: Massive Copper Bearing VMS Mineralization Gary Lohman, VP Exploration, Director stated, ”We are very pleased with the VMS sulphide mineralization intersects from our first drill hole, WD-25-01. The mineralization was intersected where projected and throughout its width, it is massive and looks nondescript as seen in the images above, however, upon close examination, chalcopyrite (Cu) is seen as very fine disseminations within a matrix of pyrite. With the success of the first hole, the technical team, with the assistance of Apex Geoscience, decided to turn the drill west (WD-25-02) to intersect the VMS sulphide zone along strike and extend the mineralized footprint west. We look forward to building on this success and reporting the ongoing progress of this important Drill program at The Wedge Project”. Patrick J. Cruickshank, MBA, CEO & Director, stated, “the team is working diligently and efficiently to process the core as quickly as possible including carrying out core orientation and markup, geological logging, photography, cutting and sampling, prior to submitting for assay. Our Team is doing a stellar job. We are happy to deliver this update and will provide an update on hole WD-25-02 as soon as possible. Apex Geoscience has been instrumental in their advisory and drill program design along with our entire our Technical Team. We are well on our way with this exciting Drill Program at the Western Extension of the Wedge. A more detailed update shortly once we interpret these 2 holes and make any adjustments or new targets to the program.” About Nine Mile Metals Ltd.: Nine Mile Metals Ltd. is a Canadian public mineral exploration company focused on VMS (Cu, Pb, Zn, Ag and Au) exploration in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick, Canada. NINE MILE METALS ANNOUNCES DRILL RIG MOBILIZATION
FOR THE WEDGE COPPER – GOLD DRILL PROGRAM

TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA – MONDAY NOVEMBER 3rd, 2025, NINE MILE METALS LTD. (CSE: NINE, OTCQB: VMSXF, FSE: KQ9) (the “Company” or “Nine Mile”), is pleased to announce that Orbit Garant has mobilized a YS2000 Skid Mounted Drill Rig for the upcoming Wedge drill program. The drill rig is enroute from Sudbury Ontario and is anticipated to arrive at Orbit Garant’s facility in Dieppe, New Brunswick on November 3rd for hydraulics servicing and winterization. The expected arrival onsite in Bathurst is Monday November 10th. Last year’s successful drill program concentrated on the new eastern extension of the Wedge Mine and successfully expanded the footprint of the deposit, supporting our new geophysical technology and interpretation modelling. This drill program focuses on the “new” western extension of the deposit and will also be testing the model at depth. Apex Geoscience, Mike Dufresne, P.Geo. & Technical Advisor, has modelled up to (7) drill holes,
(5) Upper Zone & (2) Lower Zone, testing the western copper zone and the body at depth. The objective is to obtain the depth of mineralization of this higher-grade Copper Lens, and to prove a larger western footprint, adding new tonnage to the deposit model. Upon completion, we will add the new drill data to our 3D live Modeling, including Geological, Geophysical and Drill Hole Cross-section results. Headquartered in Val-d’Or, Quebec, Orbit Garant Drilling is one of Canada’s largest drilling companies providing both underground and surface drilling services in Canada and internationally. With more than 185 drill rigs and over 1000 specialized employees, Orbit Garant offers drilling services to major, intermediate and junior mining companies at every stage of mine exploration, development and production. Gary Lohman, VP Exploration, Director stated, ”We are looking forward to testing both the western extension and the depth of the deposit with the drill holes designed by Mike Dufresne and the geophysical team at Apex Geoscience. With previous mining and exploration limited to the upper portions of the deposit, this series of drill holes will expand the mineralized footprint, as we accomplished in the east, adding to the resource. All drill holes will be capped on completion to facilitate downhole geophysics (BHEM) which , along with the cross-section drill results, assists in resource 3D modeling and exploration planning. We look forward to sharing our first results”. In addition to confirming copper – gold mineralization, the drill holes are also designed to step out to the west to determine both the extent and depth of the deposit. Although regarded a predominantly Cu rich deposit, the polymetallic nature of the mineralization cannot be ignored when all assay results are incorporated into the model. With the success of our 2024 Fall drill program adding to the Wedge Deposit tonnage, the focus is now on determining the original mine residual and the new western extension and trend to the TriBag and West Wedge targets. The economic attractiveness could be quite large at the Wedge Trend. We look forward to expanding the footprint of the Wedge Deposit”. FIGURE 1: XRF PHASE 2 SAMPLING AREA: As previously stated in our Press Release dated, September 17, 2025, the modelling has focused on determining the geophysics identifying a new western extension and the unmined portions of the deposit with drill holes targeting a copper rich lens to the west and the unexplored depth extension below 150 meters where recent drilling and historical cross sections indicate mineralization occurring to a minimum depth of 300 meters.
